Supports the Billing Operations Team and all other Global Revenue Operations Teams on daily activities in order to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the department. This role is a key supporter for processes, procedures and other daily operational tasks to support the Billing Operations Department.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:      

  • Supports the Global Revenue Operations Team (Global Billing, Global Accounts Receivable, Global Rates) as needed on tasks assigned by the Global Revenue Operations team
  • Supports the Billing Operations Department (Global eBilling, Global Billing Systems and Quality, Billing US, Cash Receipts US) as needed on tasks assigned by the Billing Operations Leadership team
  • Processes to completion the monthly Pro Bono Billing
  • Monitors Writeoff Billling Support mailbox per the associated standards
  • Schedules meetings as required in Outlook for Billing Operations Leadership
  • Schedules all new hire training sessions in Outlook and books supporting conference rooms
  • Performs expense report management including travel and expense reporting for the Department
  • Performs scheduling and calendar management support for Revenue Operations Leadership
  • Organizes, plans and executes all aspects of large Department gatherings including All Hands and Trainings
  • Performs routine data entry tasks as directed
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet Firm goals and objectives

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree, preferred
  • High School diploma or GED, required

 

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of one year of related office experience, preferred

 

Technical Skills:

  • Technological savviness, required
  • Microsoft suite, required
  • Strong ability to quickly learn software applications, required

The typical pay scale for this position is between $54,500 and $72,100, although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
