The Senior Specialist: Business Development and Marketing will play a central role in shaping and executing business development initiatives across some of the firm's most dynamic practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Trade Secret Litigation, and High Tech Litigation. This position will partner directly with lawyers and firm leadership to drive client growth, deepen market positioning, and bring strategic plans to life on a global stage.
The Senior Specialist will own key initiatives, collaborate with a talented and collegial Global Business Development and Marketing team, and contribute meaningfully to the firm's strategic priorities across its Product, Industry, and Client Teams. This position will also have the opportunity to support broader litigation business development efforts, providing visibility across practices and geographies.

The typical pay scale for this position in New York is between $102,000 and $140,000, and in Washington, D.C. between $102,00 and $135,000, although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
